One Centre Break

Explore the canals, rivers, meres and mosses of North Shropshire. Stay in
the market town of Wem in a country house hotel, a hotel in the small hamlet
of Hanmer or in a comfortable farmhouse on the edge of
the small market town of Ellesmere.
  
North Shropshire is undiscovered, so not busy with tourists or cars! Cycle
the peaceful lanes to Colemere Country Park, Whittington Castle and many
of the small lakes in the area including Colemere and Hanmer Mere. Explore
the small town of Ellesmere pleasantly situated with the Shropshire Union
canal on one side and the Mere (a small lake) on the other side.
Cycling distances
- 20 - 25 miles or 10 - 15 miles a day, or selection of rides of
different distances. We also have some strenuous options.

Itinerary
First Day - Arrive
at accommodation from lunchtime. We meet you when you arrive to deliver
bikes and adjust them to make sure they are comfortable.

2 and /or 3 - Circular ride choices
Last Day -
Check out of your room. You can leave your car and then circular ride for
that day. We will meet you back at the accommodation at an agreed time to
collect the bikes.
