near, the Georgian village of Tarporley, close to Beeston Castle and the
Peckforton Hills. Tarporley has a pretty High Street with good shops for
browsing and a choice of pubs and tea shops. The surrounding countryside
is great for cycling with quiet lanes and pretty villages.
Visit Beeston
Castle, the Ice Cream Farm, Delamere Forest, Shire Horse Centre and pretty villages like
Tattenhall and Bunbury with the Dysart Arms, one of the best pubs in the
area.
Can be combined with some days walking -see Tarporley

ITINERARY
First Day - Arrive
at accommodation from lunchtime. We meet you when you arrive to deliver
bikes and adjust them to make sure they are comfortable. Day
2 and 3 - Circular ride choices Last
Day - Check out of your room. You can leave your car and then circular
ride for that day. We will meet you back at the accommodation at an agreed
time to collect the bikes. Circular

have a number of rides for each distance including

Beeston Castle,
worth a visit, with views across 8 counties on a clear day. Go through
Bunbury village (small detour takes you to working water mill and
staircase locks on the canal). There is also the excellent Dysart Arms

Common, Shire Horse Centre and Budworth village - Gentle

Delamere Forest
with some gentle traffic free cycle trails, some hills to get to the
forest. Also visit Shire Horse Centre and Kelsall with the lovely Boot

by train there is an option to cycle to Chester on last day, and have a
look around, and we can meet you at the station with your luggage and to
