Customer feedback is very
important to us. In 2007 most customers gave scores of 4 and 5 out of 5
for overall holiday experience and almost 20% of customers had booked
with Byways previously and were returning for another holiday. This year
we are proud to have won an award for 'Best Holiday Experience' and are
now short listed for the North West Regional awards to be held later
