Walkers Accommodation Booking and Luggage Services

A flexible service for independent walkers wanting to use our experience and knowledge of the area. We help you plan your trail walk around the distance you want to do and available good quality accommodation, make the accommodation bookings, and arrange for your luggage to be transferred.

Tell us how far you want to walk, whether you want a rest day and any other particular requirements you may have, including walking with dogs. We plan the stages with you, make b & b bookings and payments, make arrangements for packed lunches and evening meals (in more remote areas) and arrange the transfer of your luggage. We know the areas well and visit all the accommodation we use. Over the years we have carefully selected a range of good quality, farms, guest houses, pubs and hotels. They are all different, all comfortable, with a warm welcome for walkers. Almost all rooms have en suite or private bathrooms (although occasionally in more remote areas this isn’t possible).

We give you detailed directions to the places you are staying and arrange for your luggage to be transferred each day. We will also book any packed lunches or evening meals you wish to order (you pay the B & Bs direct for these) and we do sell maps and guide books separately - maps and books . We can also help with travel arrangements, car parking etc.

Full support including collection from stations and emergency back up etc is not included however we are on the end of the phone from 8.30 - 6.30pm each day should you have any problems with your accommodation bookings or luggage transfer during your holiday. We will also always try to help wherever we can with any other queries or problems.

Luggage transfer only - For people preferring to organise their own holidays and make own accommodation arrangements, we can arrange luggage transfer along Offas Dyke, Glyndwr's Way, Ribble Way, Anglesey Coast Path, Sandstone Trail and Shropshire Way.
