Short Cycling Breaks

We offer a range of short cycling holidays from 2 to 4 nights, ideal for a couple of days away or long weekend. Holidays can start on any day. Choose from one centre or touring breaks with luggage transfer. Cycling routes are 

  • gentle (10 - 15 miles a day) 
  • moderate (20 - 25 miles a day)  
  • strenuous (35 - 40 miles a day, 40 - 50 miles or hilly 20 - 25 miles).

A flexible tour exploring the pretty countryside around Chester which is dotted with castles, small villages and miles of canals.

Explore the gently rolling Shropshire Plain with many small lakes. Visit the pretty market town of Ellesmere on the Shropshire Union canal, Colemere Country Park and pretty villages of Hanmer and Loppington.

Cheshire has many village pubs serving award winning food and drink. From Tarporley, cycle round the Peckforton Hills to Farndon on the River Dee. The route passes many of the best pubs and tea shops in Cheshire, so plenty of opportunity to sample the local produce.

For keen, or regular cyclists. From Delamere Forest then head south through Nantwich, Audlem and on to the North Shropshire lakes.
