I don’t like using excellent everywhere but the holiday came up to expectations. My comments on individual B & B are to show what I particularly liked about each one. I cannot fault any of them. (eg, Lovely place, friendly hosts/Host was interested in us and chatted/Staff were really helpful and thoughtful).
This was our first cycling holiday and it was first rate.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Offa’s Dyke walk, would highly recommend it. Byways were very good about tailoring the walk for us and were prompt in replying.

All routes were lovely and the wildlife en route was unexpectedly rich. Most of the routes were along VERY quiet lanes and only occasional short distances on slightly busier roads. Would have been helpful if some of the written directions mentioned more landmarks.

We walked the North Wales Coast Path and Byways took a lot of trouble to make sure that our itinerary was well planned. All the B & Bs were very good and the luggage transfers worked perfectly. An evening meal and several packed lunches were requested and these were all of a good standard and reasonably priced. Byways kept us well informed as the planning progressed and the result was a perfect, worry-free holiday.
